First Aid - Forestry First Aid

The Forestry First Aid +F (QAR) qualification is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a forestry, agricultural or remote environment, such as tree surgeons and farmers.

Successful learners will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skills needed to treat a range of injuries and diseases that could occur in these environments, such as Lyme disease and catastrophic bleeding.

Designed to be undertaken in conjunction with a regulated First Aid qualification (minimum 1 day), this qualification meets the recommendations of the First Aid at Work- Forestry Commission Policy and also confirms a learner's ability to meet a 'licence to practice' as determined by the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, making it perfect for those operating in a wide range of workplaces.
